In the Value-added Features section go to the API Configuration page and select the CDR Real-Time Output Settings tab.

Set the following values

Enable: checked
Server Address: As provided by TIM4biz, for example https://tim4biz.com/services/grandstream.ashx?Bxxxxxxx
Delivery Method: HTTP/HTTPS
Format: JSON
Username: As provided by TIM4biz
Password: As provided by TIM4biz

Click Save to update the system.
